What does processing time mean?

This is the time it takes to receive hair from our trusted vendors and enough time for quality control. It allows us to test out bundles to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Shipping time

By placing an order with Adorned By Ashley you agree to have read and agreed with our terms, policies, and agreements. All policies may be updated or changed at any time. 

Wig Orders: 

All wigs requires 15-21 business days for processing, unless otherwise noted as ready to ship. This timeframe may increase depending on the number of wigs ordered and style (I.e. adding color).

Lost/Stolen Packages

Adorned By Ashley cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you encounter an issue regarding lost, stolen or damaged packages please contact USPS @ 1-800-344-7779 with your tracking information.

Insurance

We add insurance valued at the amount of your purchase through USPS.

Return Policy

Cancellations:

Once an order is placed, you may cancel within 24 hours.

Refunds:

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT AFTER THE 24 HOUR CANCELLATION PERIOD ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT OPENED, USED, OR ALTERED PRODUCTS TO COMPLY WITH SAFETY AND SANITARY GUIDELINES.

Claims & Exchanges:

Once an order is delivered, you may report any damages or errors with your order within 48-72 hours upon receipt of items verified by the carrier.  It is extremely important that you provide the correct head measurements for the best fit.
